Admission Arrangements

There is a right of appeal to an independent panel against the decision of the governors. Parents wishing to exercise this right should write to the Clerk to the Governors, care of the school. In compliance with the School Admission Appeals Code appeals should be lodged by the deadline set by West Sussex County Council, at least 20 school days from the refusal being received. Appeals can now be held on the school site.

Deadline for appeals to be logged

Deadline for supporting evidence to be sent in and papers sent out by the clerk to the panel and the parties.
 
You will be given at least 10 working days’ notice of your appeal date.
You will be sent the outcome of the appeal within 5 working days of your appeal date.
If you made a late application, your offer date will be after the 15th of May and appeals should be lodged within 20 working (school) days of that date.
